Who we are

Thomas Patrick Recruitment is an independent recruitment agency based in Derry/Londonderry, supporting businesses and professionals across Northern Ireland, the wider UK and Ireland.

Led by Aisling McCloskey, we provide a personal, straightforward recruitment service built around understanding each client, their team and the people they need to succeed.

We recruit across technology and SaaS, sales and go-to-market, engineering and construction, finance, legal, professional services and retail. From one important appointment to building an entirely new team, every assignment receives focused attention from initial briefing through to placement.

For candidates, we offer honest advice, clear communication and confidential support throughout the recruitment process.

For employers, we combine local market knowledge with a wider specialist network to identify people who have the right experience and genuinely fit the organisation.
